Our Teams & Programs
Fall Cheerleading
As a Hudson Youth Cheerleader, you will cheer for home games for our youth tackle football teams as well as exhibit or compete in cheer competitions. Not only does cheerleading require physical skill and strength necessary to jump, stunt or tumble, it also fosters life-skills such as discipline, teamwork and goal setting all while instilling confidence in the athlete.
Fall Tackle Football
The HYFC football program takes pride in providing a high-quality program that not only teaches players football fundamentals, but also helps build confidence, character, and growth of the individual and team as a whole.
Fall Flex Football
Flex football is the platform that our sport has needed for years. It gives our youth the opportunity to either play or supplement the game of football in an environment that teaches the fundamentals, while limiting exposure to high impact collisions.
Spring Flag Football and Cheer
Flag Football is an intramural sport where no contact is allowed. Spring Cheer is a low committment fun season where the athletes learn cheers, jumps and into to stunting. Both programs are open to all levels. Each week will begin with mini lesson where the children will learn football/cheer fundamentals and teamwork.
Clinics
Join us for a 3-day youth football clinic put on by Hudson High School Head Football Coach Zac Attaway, Coaching Staff and the HHS Varsity Football Team! All boys and girls grades 3 – 7 are invited to attend. You do NOT have to be a player for HYFC and no experience is necessary! This is a no-contact clinic and no equipment is required. Just fun!
