Registration Process.
AYF Coaching Requirements

Complete registration in SportsEngine

Review, sign/date and submit the Coaches packet which can be printed directly from SportsEngine or printed individually using the below

All volunteers, coaches, administrators, and team moms must undergo thorough background checks annually to ensure the safety of the participants. Submit a signed CORI form and photocopy of MA State ID to the HYFC Secretary in person or via email at: secretary@hudsonyouthfootball.com.

Complete all Coaches certifications by first practice

NAYS trainings are available once every 365 days. If you completed your 2024 trainings after 07/21, it is recommended by Central Mass that you register with a different email address to complete your 2025 trainings.

All training costs will be reimbursed. Submit receipts to treasurer@hudsonyouthfootball.com.

Email all completion certificates to secretary@hudsonyouthfootball.com. They are DUE by 7/18/25. You will NOT be able to start until everything has been received.
Football Coaches:

New: Coaching Youth Football: The AYF Way ($24.95) Expected Time: 2-3 Hours

Returning: AYF Recertification Course: Safety & Health ($15.95)
